Leo Sandler is taking commissions. He lives in Argentina so it could take 1-3 months to receive the physical piece, but the customer would receive a scan of the completed piece as soon as he finishes it. Once enough pieces are ordered, then a batch would be put together and shipped out to Splash Page to distribute. If the customer would like to pay the cost from Argentina to their address, they may do so as well.
