This is the original unpublished Cover art to Action Comics 783.  It is drawn by hand in original blue pencils by Kano on a piece of DC 11 1/4 X 17" comic art board.  While unpublished, this piece shows Kanos very tight, finished pencils, which shows us behind the scenes when Kano makes a cover.  This piece is actually much more detailed than the one that ended up being published.
