Blind Auction for Charlie Adlard's Walking Dead Issue 106 Cover Art!

Charlie Adlard's Walking Dead double wraparound Covers have been among the most popular and asked about pieces of art that I have the opportunity of handling. This auction is for the original art of Walking Dead #106.

There is always huge interest in Charlie's Walking Dead original cover art, but this one has Rick, Michonne, Andea, and Jesus (Paul Monroe) fighting a horde of zombies. The blind auction format gives everyone a fair shot at buying the art.

This blind auction will run for 2 weeks beginning Thursday, November 1, 2012 and ending Friday November 9th, 2012 at 5PM Central Std time.

Each interested party may submit one bid with their one highest offer. No one will be given any other offer attempts or have any knowledge of what the current high bid is. The person with the highest offer at the end of the week period will win the original cover art.

The original art is penciled & inked by Charlie Adlard across two pieces of 11 X 17" comic art board, measuring a total of 22 X 17".

There is a slight bend running across the top two inches of both art boards with creases at each end of the bend toward the edge of the boards. Unfortunately this occurred in shipping, but it does not affect the actual art.

The minimum bid for the auction is $10,000. Shipping of $35 US, and $50 international will be added to the final bid. The winning bidder will be notified by email or phone at the end of the auction.
